一、海洋委員會辦理115年度「海洋文化領航計畫」徵件案，申請截至115年2月25日止，請於截止收件前，完成申請作業並上傳相關資料與證明文件。
二、計畫說明如下，請詳閱申請須知：
1.徵件類別以薪傳、船藝及藝海為主。
2.大專校院每案最高補助經費 100 萬元，得不編列配合款。
3.同一系所每年每一類別至多申請 1 案。
1. The Ocean Affairs Council is conducting the call for proposals for the Fiscal Year 115 (2026) “Ocean Culture Leadership Program.” Applications will be accepted through February 25, 2026. Applicants are requested to complete the application process and upload all required documents and supporting materials prior to the submission deadline.

2. Program Description (please refer to the application guidelines for details):
(1) The call for proposals focuses on the following categories: Heritage Transmission, Maritime Craftsmanship, and Ocean Arts.
(2) For universities and colleges, the maximum subsidy per project is NT$1,000,000, and no matching funds are required.
(3) Each department may submit no more than one (1) application per category per year.
