工作地點: 臺南市中西區永福路一段189號10樓C3室
職務性質 ■兼職

工作時間:
1.每週2-3天，每次3小時(盡可能是一、三、四下午15:00-18:00)
2.每月兩次面試說明會，固定週四13:30開始，上班時數則彈性為3-6小時
(看當日面試人數為準，如日期有變動會提前通知)

工作內容:
1. 透過電話聯繫求職者進行企業介紹、面試審查、邀約通知，確保其對工作有清晰的了解。
2. 將通話過程紀錄完整，並依照狀態進行回訪跟進。
3. 依專案需求調整作業內容及方式，如支援實體面試行政。
4. 其他主管交辦事項。

具備條件: 對人資工作有熱忱、細心、耐心、工作穩定度高，具責任感與學習精神。

Job Title Required: 1. Part-time Worker Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: Room C3, 10th Floor, No. 189, Section 1, Yongfu Road, Zhongxi District, Tainan City

Job Type: Part-time

Work Hours:

1. 2-3 days per week, 3 hours per session (preferably Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM)

2. Twice a month, interview information sessions, fixed on Thursdays starting at 1:30 PM. Working hours are flexible, 3-6 hours per session.

(Subject to the number of interviews on the day; any changes to the date will be notified in advance.)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Contact job seekers by phone to introduce the company, conduct interview reviews, and send invitations, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the job.

2. Record all call sessions completely and follow up according to the status.

3. Adjust work content and methods according to project needs, such as supporting in-person interviews.

4. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Passionate about HR work, meticulous, patient, highly stable, responsible, and a strong willingness to learn.
