2. Enthusiastic about service, honest, and a team player.

3. Must be able to work shifts and rotate through different stores (average 8-10 days off per month).

4. Quarterly performance bonus after the probationary period.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Introducing Samsung products

2. Resolving customer issues and providing customer service

3. Assisting with store operations management

4. Market information feedback

You will be involved in:

1. Store Operations Management: Managing store operating SOPs, analyzing sales data, and managing store operations.

2. Customer Service and Management (CRM): Planning and executing customer product experience activities and courses, and providing after-sales customer consultation services.

3. Sales Management: Selling products and assisting stores in achieving sales targets.
