一、謹定於114年11月17日假高雄榮民總醫院急診大樓6樓第五會議室（高雄市左營區大中一路386號）舉行。大會主題為「健康台灣之智慧台灣：One Taiwan, One Code — TopLOINC 100 對應黑客松 資料標準化 × 智慧醫療 × 開放創新」

二、本場次邀請國內外專家學者共襄盛舉，探索AI科技驅動下的智慧醫療發展，如何整合臨床醫療，以實現人機協作、提升護理照護管理成效，以及強化醫療資料安全等跨域挑戰。同時結合 FHIR 臨床實戰經驗、分享台灣 Top LOINC100 對應常見問題的實務挑戰與建議，展現科技如何深度落地醫療現場，為醫療照護注入創新與動能。

三、活動特別安排「Taiwan Top 100 LOINC 對應實作」，由台灣專家現場指導電腦上機操作，名額有限，額滿即止。

I. The conference will be held on November 17, 2025, in Conference Room 5, 6th Floor, Emergency Building, Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital (No. 386, Dazhong 1st Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City). The theme is "Healthy Taiwan, Smart Taiwan: One Taiwan, One Code — TopLOINC 100 Hackathon: Data Standardization × Smart Healthcare × Open Innovation".

II. This session invites domestic and international experts and scholars to explore the development of smart healthcare driven by AI technology, how to integrate clinical medicine to achieve human-machine collaboration, improve nursing care management effectiveness, and strengthen cross-domain challenges such as medical data security. It will also combine FHIR clinical practice experience to share practical challenges and suggestions for common problems in the Taiwan Top LOINC 100 response, demonstrating how technology can be deeply integrated into the medical field, injecting innovation and momentum into medical care.

III. A special "Taiwan Top 100 LOINC Response Hands-on" session will be arranged, with on-site guidance from Taiwanese experts on computer operation. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

IV. Target Audience: Obstetricians, government officials, medical professionals, and the general public interested in the field of medical information.
