主旨:修正國科會專題研究計畫報告撰寫格式,並自即日起實施。

說明:
一、依據國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第19點規定,申請機構應督促計畫主持人於研究計畫執行期滿後三個月內至國科會網站線上繳交研究成果報告及出國心得報告等電子檔。
二、為促進國科會補助專題研究計畫成果追求知識創新與技術突破以回應社會需求,本案刪除旨揭報告撰寫格式之成果彙整表(原附件三),請於國科會專題研究計畫成果報告系統摘要條列說明成果貢獻,例如:領域重大發現與突破、解決實務問題、人才培育、協助產業技術發展之具體效益、辦理學術活動、獲得獎項、重要國際合作或研究成果國際影響力等。
三、檢送修正後報告撰寫格式1份,亦可至國科會網站(網址:https://www.nstc.gov.tw/)「專題研究計畫專區」之共用表格自行下載。
Subject: Revising the NSTC Special Research Project Report Format, effective immediately.

Explanation:
1. In accordance with Point 19 of the NSTC Special Research Project Operation Guidelines, applicant institutions should urge project leaders to submit electronic copies of their research results reports and study abroad experience reports online to the National Science Council website within three months of the expiration of their research projects.
2. To promote the pursuit of knowledge innovation and technological breakthroughs in NSTC-funded special research projects to address societal needs, this proposal has deleted the Results Summary Form (formerly Appendix 3) from the report format. Please include a systematic summary of the contributions of your research results in the NSTC Special Research Project Results Report, such as: major discoveries and breakthroughs in the field, solutions to practical problems, talent cultivation, concrete benefits in supporting industrial technological development, participation in academic activities, awards received, significant international collaborations, or the international impact of your research results.
3. Please submit one copy of the revised report format. You can also download the shared forms from the "Special Research Projects" section of the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw/).
