有關114年下半年玉山學者計畫申請及相關作業事宜。
說明：
旨揭計畫申請相關資訊如下：
(一)申請截止日：114年9月5日(星期五)前備文報部申請。
(二)書面資料：申請清冊1份、書面計畫申請書1式10份(中、英文版請合訂為同一冊，並請申請學者親自簽名)，寄送至財團法人高等教育評鑑中心基金會(應於申請截止日下午5時前送達，地址為：106臺北市大安區和平東路一段179號7樓。

(四)表件下載：相關申請表件請逕至網頁下載(網址：https://yushan.project.edu.tw/TopTalent)，並請至網頁登錄職缺需求；後續經核定後，請配合至網頁更新起聘日期、經費額度(經常門、資本門分列)等方得請款，並依規定繳交報告(詳如說明二)。
(五)各校於提送計畫申請案時，除衡酌學者之學術專業、優先選送年輕優秀學者外，亦請注意性別平等及女性學者之比率。未來學者於審查通過後至聘任期間，如涉性別平等案件、學術倫理案件或其他違反法令行為，本部得視其情事廢止其資格，並停止撥付補助經費。

Regarding the Application and Related Procedures for the Yushan Scholar Program (Second Half of 2025)
Description:
Relevant application information for the aforementioned program is as follows:
(1) Application Deadline:
Applications must be submitted to the Ministry by official correspondence no later than Friday, September 5, 2025.
(2) Required Documents:
One copy of the application list
Ten hard copies of the application proposal (combined Chinese and English versions into one volume, personally signed by the applicant)
All materials must be sent to the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT) and delivered no later than 5:00 p.m. on the application deadline day.

Once approved, institutions must update the website with the official employment start date and budget details (clearly distinguishing between recurrent and capital expenditures) before applying for funding reimbursement. Institutions are also required to submit reports in accordance with regulations (see Section 2 for further details).
(5) Additional Notes:
When submitting applications, institutions should consider the academic expertise of the scholar, with a priority on recommending outstanding young scholars. Attention should also be paid to gender equality and the inclusion of female scholars.
If, between approval and appointment, a scholar is involved in incidents related to gender equality, academic misconduct, or other legal violations, the Ministry reserves the right to revoke the scholar's qualification and suspend funding disbursement.
