１、實習日期：自115年1月13日(二)至5月29日(五)。
２、實習時間：實習時段為週一至週五，或週二至週六。
3、欲參加高雄市立美術館實習者需具備基本電腦操作技能，並依據實習生作業注意事項辦理申請登記。申請文件如下：
(一)實習申請書乙份。
(二)就讀學校(含系所)發正式公函(請使用正確公文格式)予，或提供推薦函(推薦人身分不限)兩封，二項擇一。
(三)自傳(含實習理由等，格式不拘)。
(四)實習計劃書，含實習目標、項目、方法、期間等。
4.實習時數不得少於200小時。

1. Internship Dates: January 13, 2016 (Tuesday) to May 29, 2016 (Friday).

2. Internship Hours: Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday.

3. Applicants wishing to intern at the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts must possess basic computer skills and apply according to the Internship Notice. Application documents are as follows:

(1) One Internship Application Form.

(2) One official letter from the university (including the department) (please use the correct official document format) or two letters of recommendation (either one or more).

(3) An autobiography (including the reason for the internship, in any format).

(4) An internship plan, including the internship objectives, project, methods, duration, etc.

4. The internship must last at least 200 hours.
