工作內容:
1. Customer Issue/Pain Point/Need Analysis and Solution Proposal
Clearly describe the customer& problems or requirements.
Collect and consolidate data related to customer issues.
Perform root cause analysis for problems and conduct must-have and nice-to-have analysis for requirements.
Describe solutions based on the analysis, develop action plans, identify owners, and propose expected results.
Execute proposals, monitor progress, and provide regular reports.
Implement a continuous improvement cycle based on feedback and
results.
2. Daily Operations
Maintain communication with all stakeholders and ensure they are up-to-date.
Optimize resource allocation to enhance efficiency.
Provide timely updates on progress and changes.
Follow up on issues until they are resolved.
Address the root causes of problems structurally within the organization.
Handle problems and requirements systematically.

Ability to independently analyze and solve complex customer problems.
Strong data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to
effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel or relocate to Japan.
