主旨：國科會與英國皇家學會(RS)共同徵求2027年雙邊合作人員交流計畫，自即日起受理申請至115年9月21日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、旨揭計畫係為鼓勵臺灣與英國雙方研究人員在「自然科學」領域促成合作研究，補助經費項目及規定，請參閱附件徵求須知。
二、本計畫之執行期程預計自116年3月31日起至118年3月30日止，為期2年，我方每件計畫每年補助經費以新臺幣240千元為上限。
三、徵求說明同步於國科會網站/動態資訊/計畫徵求公告，雙方計畫主持人分別依國科會及RS之規定辦理。
四、（是否受理申覆）本公告計畫經費係專款專用，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC and the Royal Society (RS) are jointly soliciting applications for bilateral collaborative personnel exchange programs in 2027. Applications are open from now until September 21, 2026 (internal deadline is September 21, 2026).

Notes:
1. This program aims to encourage collaborative research between Taiwanese and British researchers in the field of "Natural Sciences." For details regarding funding and regulations, please refer to the attached application guidelines.

2. The program is scheduled to run from March 31, 2027 to March 30, 2029, for a period of two years. The annual grant for each Taiwanese project is capped at NT$240,000.

3. The application guidelines are also available on the NSTC website/News/Project Request for Quotation. Project leaders from both sides should follow the regulations of NSTC and RS respectively.

4. (Application Response) The funds for this program are earmarked for specific purposes. Applications will not be accepted for projects that have not received funding.
