主旨：國科會與愛丁堡皇家學會(RSE)共同徵求2026年雙邊研討會，自2026年6月19日至2026年7月20日受理申請(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依據國科會與愛丁堡皇家學會（RSE）簽署之合作備忘錄辦理。
二、臺方計畫主持人須符合國科會「補助專題研究計畫作業要點」之計畫主持人資格。
三、本計畫之執行期程預期自2026年10月1日起至2027年3月31日止（6個月）為原則。
四、徵求公告詳如附件，同步於國科會網站/動態資訊/計畫徵求公告，雙方計畫主持人分別依國科會及愛丁堡皇家學會（RSE）之規定辦理。
五、本公告計畫經費係專款專用，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: The National Science Council (NSTC) and the Royal Society of Edinburgh (RSE) are jointly soliciting applications for a bilateral conference in 2026. Applications will be accepted from June 19, 2026 to July 20, 2026 (internal deadline is [date to be filled in]).

Notes:
1. This process is based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the NSC and the RSE.

2. The Taiwanese project leader must meet the project leader qualifications outlined in the NSTC's "Guidelines for the Implementation of Subsidized Research Projects".

3. The project's execution period is expected to be from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (6 months).

4. The solicitation notice is detailed in the attachment and is simultaneously available on the NSTC website under "News"/"Project Solicitation Announcement". Project leaders from both sides should follow the regulations of NSTC and the RSE respectively.
