工作時間 09:00~18:00（午休1小時），週休二日

工作內容 ＂這份工作在做什麼？＂
1.挖掘有潛力的據點
→ 深入大街小巷，實地調查土地與周邊環境，評估市場潛力，為停車場開發找到最佳位置
！
2.陌生開發&既有客戶維繫
→ 接觸潛在合作地主，進一步開發和提案；並與既有客戶保持良好關係，建立信任穩定合
作～
3.停車場設立對應
→ 參與契約簽訂、建置流程中的跨部門協作，一起打造高標準停車場！
** 親眼見證一個新停車場從無到有的完整過程，成為熟悉市場的停車產業開發專才 *

📍 Position: Domestic Sales Specialist

Locations (1 vacancy per region):

Taipei: Zhongshan District, near Songjiang Nanjing MRT Station (1-min walk)

Kaohsiung: Gushan District, near Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break), Monday to Friday (weekends off)

Job Description – What will you be doing?

Identifying Potential Sites
→ Conduct field research on land and surrounding environments to assess market potential and find the best locations for new parking lots.

Cold Calling & Customer Relationship Management
→ Reach out to potential landowners for cooperation proposals and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Parking Lot Setup Coordination
→ Participate in contract signing and cross-department collaboration throughout the setup process to deliver high-standard parking facilities.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Salary: NTD $35,000 – $50,000
