說明：
一、旨揭計畫依國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點規定辦理，申請機構及計畫主持人務必先行詳閱本計畫徵求公告說明。
二、本計畫徵求公告詳閱附件，或至國科會網站「動態資訊」之「計畫徵求專區」或自然處公告網頁下載。
三、申請人請循國科會學術研發服務網登入「線上申請/隨到隨審計畫 計畫類別/一般型導向研究計畫」方式作業，並依計畫屬性點選相對應學門代碼(如徵求公告說明)。
四、本計畫之執行期程自115年8月1日開始，計畫性質為專案型研究計畫，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC is soliciting proposals for the "Advanced Crystal Materials Development and Fabrication Project" in 2026. Applications will be accepted from now until January 26, 2026 (internal submissions only).

Notes:
1. This proposal will be processed in accordance with the NSTC's Guidelines for Subsidized Special Research Projects. Applicant institutions and project leaders must carefully read this solicitation notice beforehand.

2. The attached documents are available for review, or can be downloaded from the "Project Solicitation Section" under "News" on the NSTC website or the Department of Natural Resources' announcement webpage.

3. Applicants should log in to the NSTC Academic Research and Development Service Network and apply through the "Online Application/On-Demand Approval Project Category/General-Oriented Research Project" section, selecting the corresponding academic discipline code according to the project attributes (as explained in the solicitation notice).

4. The project execution period begins on August 1, 2026. This is a project-based research project; applications from unfunded projects will not be accepted.
