一、論壇以「海洋永續與人海共好」為主題，響應2021年至2030年為海洋科學促進永續發展十年，期盼透過海洋科學十年挑戰與行動提升海洋素養。活動以專題演講及專題論壇進行，邀請相關領域之專家學者進行分享，共同關注與人海連結的永續議題。

The forum, themed "Ocean Sustainability and Sharing the Ocean with Humankind," echoes the 2021-2030 Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development and aims to enhance ocean literacy through the Decade of Challenges and Actions in Ocean Science. The event will feature keynote speeches and thematic forums, inviting experts and scholars from related fields to share their insights and focus on sustainable development issues related to people and the ocean.
