主旨：國科會與匈牙利科學院(HAS)共同徵求2027-2028年臺匈(NSTC-HAS)雙邊合作研究人員交流互訪計畫，自即日起至2026年9月24日止受理申請。

說明：
一、依國科會與匈牙利HAS簽訂之雙邊科學合作協定，共同徵求旨揭計畫。
二、計畫申請書須由雙方計畫主持人共同研議完成，並分別向國科會及HAS提出。任一方未收到申請書，合作案不成立。
三、獲選計畫執行期程預訂自2027年1月1日開始，為期2年，我方以雙邊人員交流計畫方式補助。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (HAS) are jointly soliciting proposals for a bilateral research exchange program between Taiwan and Hungary (NSTC-HAS) for 2027-2028. Applications will be accepted from now until September 24, 2026.

Notes:
1. This solicitation is based on the bilateral scientific cooperation agreement signed between NSTC and HAS.

2. Applications must be jointly completed by the project leaders of both parties and submitted separately to both NSTC and HAS. Failure to receive an application from either party will disqualify the collaboration.

3. The selected program is scheduled to run for two years, beginning January 1, 2027. Funding will be provided through a bilateral personnel exchange program. Applications not selected for funding will not be accepted.

4. Application guidelines are attached, and related information has also been published on the NSTC website.
