二、計畫研究重點已下載如附件，擬申請計畫之老師請至該部農業計畫管理系統（網址：https://project.moa.gov.tw）撰擬計畫說明書，並於115年7月22日前將計畫說明書紙本掛號郵寄(郵戳為憑)或逕送各計畫主辦專家。
1. The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, has announced the application schedule for the First Round of the Second-Phase Science and Technology Grant Program for Fiscal Year 115 (2026), as described below.

2. The program's research priorities are provided in the attached documents. Faculty members intending to apply should prepare their project proposals through the Ministry of Agriculture Project Management System (Website: https://project.moa.gov.tw) and submit the hard copy of the proposal either by registered mail (postmark accepted as proof of submission) or deliver it in person to the designated project coordinator no later than July 22, 2026.
