主旨：國科會與波蘭國家研究發展中心(NCBR)共同徵求2027-2029年雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫，自即日起受理申請至2026年6月25日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依國科會與NCBR簽署之科學與技術合作協定共同徵求旨揭計畫。
二、計畫申請書須由臺波雙方計畫主持人共同研議完成，並分別向國科會及NCBR提出申請案。臺方申請案須經主持人任職機構於系統中彙整送出。
三、獲選計畫預計自2027年1月1日開始執行，為期1至3年，我方以雙邊協議擴充加值型(add-on)方式補助。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC and the Polish National Research and Development Center (NCBR) are jointly soliciting international collaborative research projects under a bilateral agreement for the period 2027-2029. Applications are open from now until June 25, 2026 (internal deadline is [date to be filled in]).

Notes:
1. This solicitation is based on the Science and Technology Cooperation Agreement signed between NSTC and NCBR.

2. Project applications must be jointly completed by the project leaders from both Taiwan and Poland and submitted separately to NSTC and NCBR. Taiwanese applications must be compiled and submitted through the system by the project leader's institution.

3. Selected projects are expected to commence on January 1, 2027, for a period of 1 to 3 years. Funding will be provided by Taiwan through a bilateral agreement-based add-on mechanism. Applications not selected for funding will not be accepted.

4. Please submit one copy of the application guidelines. Related information has also been published on the NSTC website.
