一、修正事項摘要如次：
(一)配合國科會115年4月10日科會綜字第1150023735A號函修正「國家科學及技術委員會補助專題研究計畫作業要點」第十一點、第十三點規定，修正該會專題研究計畫申請書之基本資料表(表CM01)及研究中的性別考量檢核表(表CM16)；專題研究計畫補助合約書第十五條及第十八條；專題研究計畫執行同意書第七條。
(二)為強化涉及從事人體研究相關之整合型研究計畫管理，專題研究計畫申請書增訂「整合型計畫-涉及從事人體研究、人體試驗、人類胚胎及胚胎幹細胞研究計畫說明」(表CM04B)，計畫總主持人應統一說明各子計畫或分項計畫之倫理審查核准文件備齊情形。
(三)為增進申請該會雙邊協議國際合作計畫之便利性，修正專題研究計畫申請書之國際合作研究計畫資料表(表IM01~IM03)。
I. Summary of Amendments:

(I) In accordance with NSTC's letter dated April 10, 2016 (Science and Technology Commission Document No. 1150023735A), amending Points 11 and 13 of the "NSTC Subsidized Special Research Project Operation Guidelines," the following amendments have been made to the Basic Information Form (Form CM01) and the Gender Consideration Checklist (Form CM16) of the Special Research Project Application Form; Articles 15 and 18 of the Special Research Project Subsidy Contract; and Article 7 of the Special Research Project Implementation Agreement.

(II) To strengthen the management of integrative research projects involving human research, a "Description of Integrative Projects - Projects Involving Human Research, Human Trials, Human Embryos and Embryonic Stem Cell Research" (Form CM04B) has been added to the Special Research Project Application Form. The project principal investigator should uniformly explain the completeness of the ethics review and approval documents for each sub-project or sub-item.

(iii) To facilitate the application for the international cooperation projects under the bilateral agreements of the Association, the International Cooperation Research Project Information Form (Forms IM01~IM03) in the application form for the special research project has been revised.
