二、研究主題構想書及計畫書格式已公告於「國防先進科技研究公告及交流平台」之(研究計畫專區【網址：https://defensetfp.info】），申請機構無需備文，請循網頁連結上傳計畫申請書。
1. The Armaments Bureau, Ministry of National Defense, has announced the 4th Call for Proposals under the Fiscal Year 115 (2026) Advanced Defense Technology Research Program. Applications are open from now until 5:00 PM on February 26, 2026.

2. The Research Concept Proposal template and Full Proposal format have been published on the Advanced Defense Technology Research Announcement and Exchange Platform (Research Projects Section: https://defensetfp.info).

Applicant institutions are not required to submit an official letter. Please complete and upload the proposal through the designated webpage link.
