一、海洋委員會為培育優秀海洋事務研究人才，即日起至115年11月30日止公開徵求116年度大專校院學生專題研究計畫。
二、補助研究標的為有關海洋產業發展、海洋觀光遊憩等專題研究計畫，同一件研究計畫僅限一位學生提案，每位學生同一年度以申請一件為限，指導教授每年度以指導二位學生為限，每案補助提案學生新臺幣五萬元。
1. The Ocean Affairs Council is publicly soliciting applications for the FY116 (2027) College Student Research Project Program to cultivate outstanding research talent in marine affairs. Applications will be accepted from now until November 30, 2026.

2. Funding and Application Guidelines:

The program supports research projects related to marine industry development, marine tourism and recreation, and other relevant topics. Each research project may be submitted by only one student, and each student may apply for only one project per year. Each faculty advisor may supervise a maximum of two students per year. Each approved project will receive a grant of NT$50,000 for the student applicant.
