一、作品題目由參賽團隊自訂，需應用NODASS平台(「國家海洋資料庫及共享平台」)發想議題。提案主題須涵蓋以下任一領域：海洋生物、海洋科學、海洋地質、海洋地物、海洋物理、海洋化學、海氣象整合、海洋生態、海洋保育、海岸監控、海洋工程等，並鼓勵結合聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）等相關議題進行探討。

二、參賽資格為具全國大專院校在學身分之學生(含碩、博士生) (可跨系所、跨校組隊）。
1. Project topics are to be proposed by participating teams and must utilize the NODASS platform (National Ocean Database and Sharing System). Proposals should cover at least one of the following areas: marine biology, marine science, marine geology, marine geography, physical oceanography, chemical oceanography, ocean–atmosphere integration, marine ecology, marine conservation, coastal monitoring, or marine engineering. Integration with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is encouraged.

2. Eligibility: Currently enrolled students from colleges and universities nationwide (including master’s and doctoral students). Cross-department and cross-university teams are allowed.
