教育部函轉「行政院公共工程委員會推動學術機構參與花蓮馬太鞍溪堰塞湖災後復原重建工作研究發展補助辦法」發布令影本等資料各1份，申請者請於 115 年 5 月 12日（二）下午 5 時前，將申請資料裝入信封套，並於封套上載明「申請補助花蓮馬太鞍溪堰塞湖災後復原重建工作研究發展計畫」送達行政院公共工程委員會，逾期不予受理。
The Ministry of Education has forwarded a copy of the promulgation order and related documents for the “Regulations for Subsidizing Academic Institutions to Participate in Research and Development for Post-Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction of the Mate’anxi Landslide Dammed Lake in Hualien,” issued by the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan.

Applicants are requested to place the application documents in an envelope clearly labeled “Application for Subsidy for the R&D Project on Post-Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction of the Mate’anxi Landslide Dammed Lake in Hualien” and submit them to the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 12, 2026 (Tuesday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
