II. Registration is free for faculty, staff, and students of the university. External participants will be charged a course processing fee of NT$300, payable in advance. A paper receipt will be sent after the event. Fees are non-refundable after payment. No refunds will be given for non-attendance, but replacements may be made (please notify us before May 4, 2026).
