一、本競賽係由國立科學工藝博物館與淨零永續能源跨域應用人才培育計畫辦公室共同主辦，邀請全國各大專學生以永續能源應用、淨零排放、能源有效利用及節能等與「永續能源」主題相關作品參賽。

二、本年度競賽分為「大專綠能創新組」、「大專淨零創新企劃組」，參賽者可依作品類型擇一報名，得獎隊伍將獲頒獎金及教育部獎狀。

三、參賽隊伍可跨校、跨系組隊報名，惟不可跨教育等級組隊。

1. The competition includes two categories: the College Green Energy Innovation Category and the College Net-Zero Innovation Proposal Category. Participants may choose one category based on their project type. Winning teams will receive prize money and certificates issued by the Ministry of Education.

2. Teams may be formed across universities and departments; however, cross-education-level teams are not allowed.
