說明：
一、依「行政院傑出科技貢獻獎實施要點」及「國家科學及技術委員會辦理行政院傑出科技貢獻獎選拔作業要點」辦理。
二、有關本獎項研發成果或設計，包括但不限於自然科學、工程科技、生物醫農或人文社會與科學教育領域之設計突破、技術創新與原創理論模型等，或對於社會、經濟、學術發展面向，以創造差異化價值，解決實務性問題，影響人類生活與社會發展之貢獻。
三、旨揭獎項選拔採線上申辦方式，由被推薦人至「行政院傑出科技貢獻獎線上系統」(https://wdrap.nstc.gov.tw/IRAPortal/home/Home.aspx)填寫並上傳推薦資料，逾期送達或資料不齊全者，不予受理。
四、本獎項作業要點及線上申請作業使用注意事項等內容，請至國科會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw)「學術研究」項下「補助獎勵辦法及表格」中「獎勵科技人才」之「行政院傑出科技貢獻獎」查詢或下載。

3. The selection for this award adopts an online application method. Nominees should fill out and upload nomination materials through the "Executive Yuan Outstanding Science and Technology Contribution Award Online System" (https://wdrap.nstc.gov.tw/IRAPortal/home/Home.aspx). Late submissions or incomplete materials will not be accepted.
