主旨：國科會與德國聯邦研究、科技及太空部(BMFTR)共同徵求2026年「臺德電池領域學術合作研究計畫」，自即日起申請至2026年4月13日完成線上申請。

說明：
一、依據國科會及德國BMFTR於2023年3月21日簽署之臺德科學及技術合作協議(STA)，共同徵求旨揭計畫，檢送申請須知如附件(或參閱國科會網頁「計畫徵求專區」)。
二、本次徵件計畫期程以3年為原則，預計自2026年11月1日開始執行，臺德雙方計畫主持人共同研議計畫內容後，須分別於申請截止期限內，向國科會及德國BMFTR提出申請書，始得成案。

Subject: NSTC and the German Federal Ministry of Research, Science and Space (BMFTR) are jointly soliciting proposals for the "Taiwan-Germany Academic Collaboration Research Project in the Battery Field" for 2026. Applications are open now and will be accepted online until April 13, 2026.

Instructions:
1. In accordance with the Taiwan-Germany Scientific and Technological Cooperation Agreement (STA) signed by NSTC and BMFTR on March 21, 2023, this solicitation seeks proposals. Application guidelines are attached (or refer to the "Proposal Solicitation Section" on the NSTC website).

2. This solicitation of proposals is based on a three-year timeframe, with implementation expected to begin on November 1, 2026. After joint review of the project content by the project leaders from both Taiwan and Germany, applications must be submitted separately to both NSTC and BMFTR by the application deadline for approval.
