一、教育部函轉海洋委員會海洋保育署辦理「115-116年度補助學校辦理海洋藍碳生態系復育行動徵件計畫」，自即日起至115年3月31日止。
二、補助項目為有關海洋藍碳生態系棲地環境改善及復育方案，如紅樹林、海草床、鹽沼等生態系。每案每年補助上限新臺幣200萬元整。計畫為海洋保育署藍碳業務（政策）重點或主軸，經專案簽准者不在此限。
1. The Ministry of Education has forwarded a notice from the Marine Conservation Administration, Ocean Affairs Council, regarding the FY115–116 (2026–2027) School-Based Marine Blue Carbon Ecosystem Restoration Action Subsidy Program. Applications are open from now until March 31, 2026.

2. Eligible subsidy items include projects related to the improvement and restoration of marine blue carbon ecosystems and habitats, such as mangroves, seagrass beds, and salt marsh ecosystems.

The subsidy amount is capped at NT$2,000,000 per project per year. Projects that align with key policy priorities or major initiatives of the Marine Conservation Administration’s blue carbon program and receive special approval are not subject to this cap.
