一、教育部轉知海洋委員會海洋保育署116年補助辦理建置區域海洋保育教育中心案，請於115年3月31日前檢具經費需求表向該署提出申請。
二、經費編列原則，資本門不得逾新臺幣500萬元，經常門不得逾新臺幣200萬元，受補助地方政府需依補助比率提供相對足額之自籌款。
1. The Ministry of Education has forwarded a notice from the Marine Conservation Administration, Ocean Affairs Council, regarding the Fiscal Year 116 (2027) Subsidy Program for the Establishment of Regional Marine Conservation Education Centers. Applicants are requested to submit the budget requirement form to the Administration no later than March 31, 2026.

2. Budget allocation principles are as follows:

Capital expenditures shall not exceed NT$5,000,000.

Recurrent expenditures shall not exceed NT$2,000,000.

Local governments receiving subsidies are required to provide corresponding matching funds in accordance with the prescribed subsidy ratio.
