主旨:國科會徵求115年度「晶創計畫:次世代半導體材料與元件整合關鍵技術」計畫書,自即日起受理申請至115年2月23日(校內截止收件)。
說明:
一、本計畫徵求公告請詳閱附件,亦可至國科會網站之計畫徵求專區或自然科學及永續研究發展處公告網頁下載。
二、本計畫研究範疇可大致分為二大主軸:(1)半導體材料、製程與元件行為之研究、(2)跨尺度量測、鑑測技術與資料分析方法。
三、研究計畫每年經費規模以500–2000萬元為原則,實際補助金額將依審查結果及預算狀況核定。
四、申請案依規定程序進行審查,並依審查結果及經費預算擇優補助;未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC's 2026 "Crystal Innovation Project: Key Technologies for the Integration of Next-Generation Semiconductor Materials and Devices" proposal is open for applications from now until February 23, 2026 (internal deadline is [date]).
Instructions:
1. Please read the attached document for details of this proposal solicitation announcement. It can also be downloaded from the NSTC website's proposal solicitation section or the announcement webpage of the Office of Natural Sciences and Sustainable Research and Development.
2. The research scope of this project can be broadly divided into two main axes: (1) research on semiconductor materials, processes, and device behavior; and (2) cross-scale measurement, identification technologies, and data analysis methods.
3. The annual funding for the research project is based on a principle of NT$5 million–20 million. The actual subsidy amount will be determined based on the review results and budget availability.
4. Applications will be reviewed according to the prescribed procedures, and subsidies will be awarded based on the review results and budget allocation. Applications not selected for funding will not be accepted. V. Contact Information Related to This Case:
