主旨：
農業部動植物防疫檢疫署114年度第二階段科技補助計畫（第二次）申請作業期程案，詳如說明。

說明：
一、農業部動植物防疫檢疫署114年度第二階段科技補助計畫（第二次）研究重點自即日起公告於本署官網（主題專區>科技研發專區>科技公告），擬申請計畫之研究人員請至農業計畫管理系統（網址：https://project.moa.gov.tw）撰擬計畫說明書，並於114年10月3日前將計畫說明書紙本掛號郵寄(以郵戳為
憑)或逕送各計畫主辦單位（註明收件之計畫主辦專家)，逾期不予受理。
二、申請人及受補助對象應注意是否具有公職人員利益衝突迴避法第2條及第3條所稱「公職人員或其關係人」身分關
係，並確遵同法各項有關規定辦理。
三、申請人及受補助對象如有公職人員利益衝突迴避法第14條第2項規定情形，應詳實填寫「公職人員利益衝突迴避法第14條第2項公職人員及關係人身分關係揭露表」，主動於申請時表明身分關係，相關表件業置於農業部官網公職人員利益衝突迴避法專區(網址：https://www.moa.gov.tw/ws.php?id=2509233)；若補助計畫成立，將依法主動公開前開揭露表件，以供公眾線上查詢，併請注意。
四、為使研究人員專心研發以達預期研究績效，每位研究人員主持農業部及所屬機關114年度計畫應避免超過2項。

2. The key research areas of the program are available for download as an attachment. Faculty members intending to apply are requested to prepare a project proposal via the Ministry’s Agricultural Project Management System (website: https://project.moa.gov.tw
) and submit a hard copy of the proposal, either by registered mail (postmarked no later than October 3, 2025) or by direct delivery to the designated project conveners.
