一、為鼓勵各界參與2050淨零轉型發展，提高公眾對近零碳建築與環境永續發展的關注及認識，內政部建築研究所期透過賡續辦理「2025近零碳建築設計獎」競賽活動，激發建築設計產業及大專院校學生針對未來創新節能技術導入近零碳建築規劃設計的發想，擴大各界公私協力共同推動近零碳建築之發展，獲獎作品將評估納為參與2025年淨零城市展的參展項目。

二、本年度競賽分為「大專院校組」與「產業組」二組徵賽，參賽作品需針對基地進行初步的環境分析，並依環境分析導入相對應的近零碳建築設計手法，如：建築外殼節能設計、空調照明節能設計、低碳建材應用、能源管理系統、多元電力應用、深度節能手法、數位整合方案、水及廢棄物管理等。

1. To encourage participation from all sectors in the transition toward net-zero emissions by 2050 and to raise public awareness of near zero carbon buildings and sustainable development, the Architecture and Building Research Institute of the Ministry of the Interior will continue to organize the 2025 Near Zero Carbon Building Design Award competition. The aim is to inspire the architectural design industry and university students to incorporate innovative energy-saving technologies into near zero carbon building designs, and to expand public-private collaboration in promoting the development of near zero carbon buildings. Award-winning projects will be considered for inclusion in the 2025 Net Zero Cities Exhibition.

2. This year’s competition is divided into two categories: University Team and Industry Team. Entries must conduct preliminary environmental analyses of their site and apply appropriate near zero carbon building design strategies based on the analysis, such as:

● Energy-efficient building envelope design
● Energy-saving HVAC and lighting systems
● Low-carbon material applications
● Energy management systems
● Diverse power applications
● Deep energy-saving strategies
● Digital integration solutions
