一、課程重點將圍繞在【專題講座】、【個案討論】、【模型運算】、【軟體操作】、【寫作投稿】等五個面向，為確保每位參與課程學員的學習成效，採小班制教學，課程中會安排助教跟課，讓參與的學員能隨時掌握學習的進度。

二、活動內容如下：
(一)師資介紹：由曾國雄傑出講座教授及其研究團隊共同主持。
(二)參加對象：全球大專院校教師及學、碩、博士班在學之研究生。
(三)時間：115年3月2日至6月1日，每週一下午13:00至16:00。
(四)地點：該校三峽校區公共事務學院。
(五)招生人數：精品班教學，僅招收8名 （課程有作業且須全程參加）。

I. The course will focus on five key areas: [Special Topic Lectures], [Case Studies], [Model Calculations], [Software Operation], and [Writing and Submission]. To ensure the learning effectiveness of each participant, small class sizes will be adopted, and teaching assistants will be present throughout the course to allow participants to monitor their learning progress.

II. The course details are as follows:

(I) Faculty Introduction: Co-hosted by Distinguished Professor Tseng Kuo-hsiung and his research team.

(II) Target Audience: University and college faculty members and graduate students enrolled in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs worldwide.

(III) Time: March 2nd to June 1st, 2026, every Monday afternoon from 13:00 to 16:00.

(IV) Location: School of Public Affairs, Sanxia Campus.

(V) Enrollment: Limited to 8 students (assignments are required, and full attendance is mandatory).
