🔧【工作內容】

設備維修與故障排除

依據生產線異常進行設備修復
初步診斷設備問題並完成必要維修
設備保養與預防性維護

依保養計畫進行定期維護
檢查設備狀況並記錄維護結果，提出改善建議
異常回報與文件紀錄

在系統中準確紀錄維修／保養內容
重大異常即時回報工程師或主管
安全與品質控管

遵守廠內安全規範
確保維修後設備品質及運作狀態正常
輪班支援

依生產需求配合固定輪班
支援跨部門設備相關問題

四班二輪，做二休二，每兩個月更換班別
早班: 07:15-19:15
晚班: 19:15-07:15

【Job Posting】

NXP, a semiconductor manufacturing team with many years of experience in Kaohsiung, is currently expanding our production capacity and meeting the demands of our production lines. We sincerely invite you to join us as a shift-based equipment assistant engineer, working together to ensure production line stability and quality control, and leveraging your professional skills.

🔧【Job Responsibilities】

Equipment Repair and Troubleshooting

Repair equipment based on production line anomalies.

Preliminary diagnosis of equipment problems and completion of necessary repairs.

Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance

Perform regular maintenance according to the maintenance plan.

Inspect equipment condition and record maintenance results, providing improvement suggestions.

Abnormality Reporting and Documentation

Accurately record maintenance/repair details in the system.

Report major anomalies to engineers or supervisors immediately.

Safety and Quality Control

Comply with factory safety regulations.

Ensure equipment quality and normal operating status after repairs.

Shift Support

Cooperate with fixed shifts according to production needs.

Support cross-departmental equipment-related issues.

🔧【Working Hours】

Four shifts, two rotations, two days on, two days off, shift rotation every two months.

Early shift: 07:15-19:15

Evening shift: 19:15-07:15
