（二）課程介紹：
招生對象
● 年齡資格： 凡年滿 15 歲（含）以上。
●身份條件： 具備工作意願之待業者。
●優先對象： 歡迎應屆畢業生或已投入職場尋求轉職之待業者踴躍報名。
●報名日期：即日起至115/2/6 （五） 下午5:00 止。
●訓練期間：115/3/2 （一） 至 115/4/7 （二） 共150小時。

（三）訓練期間可申請獎金/津貼：
☀️學習獎勵：
15歲至29歲之本國籍待業青年，報名可領取學習獎勵金$8,000元（以1次為限）。

（四）課程特色：
本課程旨在培育未來半導體產業所需人才，課程設計兼顧基礎理論與實務應用，讓學員即使並非相關科系出身，也能逐步理解半導體產業鏈如何從製程、封裝到量測，最終完成一顆半導體元件。透過系統化的專業課程安排，學員在就
業前即可具備半導體製程、電性檢測及品管的基礎知識，提升跨領域就業競爭力，成為符合產業需求的多元專業人才。同時，課程亦貼合產業最新趨勢，為學員未來銜接進階培訓或投入產業現場奠定堅實基礎，開拓更寬廣的職涯發展路徑。

● 職涯發展：半導體製程（助理）工程師、半導體設備（助理）工程師、半導體廠務工程師、半導體廠技術員、品質檢驗工程師、半導體設備技術員、製程技術員、半導體業務等各項相關半導體領域職務。
● 就業媒合：結訓後優先協助媒合學員到本校半導體學院合作企業工作。

(II) Course Introduction:

Target Audience

●Age Qualification: Anyone 15 years of age or older.

●Identity Requirements: Unemployed individuals with a willingness to work.

●Priority Target: Recent graduates and unemployed individuals seeking a career change are welcome to register. ●Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM on February 6th, 2023 (Friday).

●Training Period: March 2nd, 2023 (Monday) to April 7th, 2023 (Tueday), 2023 (Total 150 hours).

(III) Bonuses/Stipends Available During Training:

☀️Learning Incentive:** Unemployed Taiwanese youth aged 15 to 29 can receive a learning incentive of NT$8,000 upon registration (limited to one time). ☀️Living Allowance: Those eligible for the vocational training living allowance can receive it, allowing them to focus on training with peace of mind.


(IV) Course Features: This course aims to cultivate talent needed for the future semiconductor industry. The curriculum design balances fundamental theory with practical application, enabling students, even those from non-related backgrounds, to gradually understand how the semiconductor industry chain, from process manufacturing and packaging to measurement, ultimately produces a semiconductor device. Through a systematic and professional curriculum, students will acquire basic knowledge of semiconductor processes, electrical testing, and quality control before employment, enhancing their cross-disciplinary competitiveness and becoming versatile professionals who meet industry needs. Simultaneously, the course aligns with the latest industry trends, laying a solid foundation for students to pursue advanced training or enter the industry, opening up broader career development paths.

● Career Development: Semiconductor Process (Assistant) Engineer, Semiconductor Equipment (Assistant) Engineer, Semiconductor Plant Engineer, Semiconductor Plant Technician, Quality Inspection Engineer, Semiconductor Equipment Technician, Process Technician, Semiconductor Sales, and other related semiconductor-related positions. ● Job Placement: Priority will be given to assisting graduates in finding employment at partner companies of the School of Semiconductor Engineering at National Cheng Kung University.
