各位青年好:

勞動部為協助15歲至29歲青年順利就業,推行「青年就業旗艦計畫」,

結合事業單位用人需求,規劃工作崗位訓練,以強化青年工作能力,並透過先僱用後訓練之機制,打造安心訓練環境!

●計畫優勢:
*每月薪資優於基本工資
*參訓期間有職場導師帶領學習,不怕自行摸索找不到方向
*事業單位必須依法為青年投保勞、健保及提撥勞退金

●參訓限制(以下身份不得參加本計畫):

*日間部在學學生
*曾經參加本計畫且中途自行離訓達2次,或於同一訓練單位離職未滿1年者,或同一時間已參加勞發署僱用獎助者
*參加勞發署自行辦理、委託辦理及補助之職前訓練,結訓後180日內。


●其他小提醒:

*青年需為本國籍身分,且年滿15歲以上至29歲以下
*青年需為正式僱用(若青年於1年內曾於公司兼職、打工、全職者皆不認列)
*職缺每月薪資在正常工時情況下,至少達30,000元(或依事業單位於計畫核定之訓練期間薪資)
*參訓期間青年需填寫雙週誌
*錄訓後,雲嘉南分署會安排不預告訪視,了解青年適應狀況

Dear Youth:

To assist young people aged 15 to 29 in securing employment, the Ministry of Labor has launched the "Youth Employment Flagship Program."

This program combines the staffing needs of businesses with on-the-job training to enhance young people's work skills. Through a "hire first, train later" mechanism, it creates a safe and supportive training environment.

●Program Advantages:

* Monthly salary is higher than the minimum wage.

* Training is guided by workplace mentors, eliminating the risk of getting lost on your own.

* Businesses are legally obligated to provide labor and health insurance and contribute to labor retirement funds for young people.

●Participation Restrictions (The following individuals are ineligible to participate):

* Current students enrolled in the daytime program.

* Those who have previously participated in this program and left twice without permission, or who have left the same training unit within the past year, or who are currently enrolled in the Employment Incentive Program of the Department of Labor Development.

* Those who have participated in pre-employment training programs organized, commissioned, or subsidized by the Department of Labor Development and are eligible to participate within 180 days of completion.

●Other Reminders:

* Applicants must be Taiwanese citizens, aged 15 to 29.

* Applicants must be formally employed (those who have worked part-time, part-time, or full-time within the past year are not eligible).

* The monthly salary for the position must be at least NT$30,000 under normal working hours (or the salary approved by the organization during the training period).

* Applicants must complete a bi-weekly log during the training period.

* After enrollment, the Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan Branch of the Workforce Development Agency will arrange unannounced visits to assess the applicants' adaptation.
