二、本計畫申請案全面實施線上申請，各類書表請務必至國科會網站（https://www.nstc.gov.tw）進入「學術研發服務網」製作；計畫類別：「專題類-隨到隨審計畫｜一般策略專案計畫」；研究型別點選「整合型計畫」；計畫歸屬點選「工程處」；學門代碼：「E9883-矽光子前瞻技術研發與應用計畫」。
三、本計畫未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。
四、檢附計畫徵求公告1份，並公告於國科會工程處網站（https://www.nstc.gov.tw/eng/ch）。
