The National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs) has issued a notice stating that, starting April 1, 2026, a new policy will be implemented. Under this policy, any party that orders or utilizes services related to live laboratory animals from the National Laboratory Animal Center must provide an IACUC-approved consent letter.
