［職務說明］：
1. 專門店點銷售管理及營運管理(每一階層皆具備完善訓練及考核)
2. 學習不同通路銷售方式以及營運管理(百貨櫃位為主)
3. 學習時尚領域專業知識以及品牌產品專業知識及市場分析
4. 每一階段不同職能KPI達成，努力往下一個階段晉升
5. 協助同櫃位所有MT同仁共同成長，達成團體績效目標。
［上班時間及區域］：
1. 不必擔心離家遠，將依照個人地域進行區域分配。
2. 上班時間及休假：依照營業時間、排班、休假依照勞基法規定（採四周變形工時）

[Job Description]:

1. Sales and operations management at specialty stores (comprehensive training and assessment at each level)

2. Learning different sales methods and operations management across various channels (primarily department store counters)

3. Learning professional knowledge in the fashion industry, brand product knowledge, and market analysis

4. Achieving different functional KPIs at each stage and striving for promotion to the next stage

5. Assisting all MT colleagues in the same counter to grow together and achieve team performance goals.

[Work Hours and Location]:

1. No need to worry about living far from home; location will be assigned based on individual circumstances. 2. Working Hours and Leave: Work hours, shifts, and leave are in accordance with the Labor Standards Act (four-week flexible working hours).
