一、活動目的：為協助大專校院學生以實際經驗深化職涯探索，104人力銀行舉辦《實習打工故事競賽》。鼓勵學生以500字分享自身實習或打工的心得故事，讓真實的職場體驗能啟發更多學弟妹。

二、徵稿期間：2025年10月13日至11月9日。

三、報名資格：凡於2024年7月1日至2025年9月30日期間曾參與實習或打工，且累積時數達120小時之在學生或應屆畢業生，皆可報名參加。

四、活動獎項：總獎金85,000元，前100名早鳥報名可獲LINEPOINTS 100點。優選作品將有機會刊登於104官方媒體與社群，持續發揮影響力。
1. Purpose:
To help college and university students deepen their career exploration through real-world experience, 104 Job Bank is organizing the Internship & Part-time Job Story Competition. Students are encouraged to share a 500-word story reflecting on their internship or part-time work experience, inspiring their peers through authentic workplace insights.

2. Submission Period:
From October 13 to November 9, 2025.

3. Eligibility:
Current students or recent graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of internship or part-time work between July 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025 are eligible to participate.

4. Awards:
A total prize pool of NT$85,000 will be awarded.
The first 100 early submissions will receive LINE POINTS 100.
Outstanding entries may be featured on 104 Job Bank’s official media and social platforms, extending their impact and visibility.
