主旨：
教育部為推動115年技專校院辦理全國性或國際性技藝能競賽，請有意願申請之學校依說明事項研提辦理職種計畫書
1式8份，並請於114年11月5日(星期三)前備文報部。

說明：
一、依「教育部補助技專校院推動學生參加國際性技藝能競賽要點」補助技專校院辦理職種競賽，促進學生熟練專門技術、重視實作學習，培育具國際視野之專業人才。
二、各校申請辦理之職種競賽應與其他政府機關舉辦之職種競賽有所區隔，並選送優秀學生或作品出國參加相關國際性技藝能競賽，另請勿同一校提多案同性質競賽。
三、續辦計畫之申請案，請申請單位說明與上一年度之差異性及創新性，並應分析歷屆辦理追蹤改善制度與訓練技術創新情況；新申請案，亦請申請單位說明計畫相較類似競賽之差異性及創新性。
四、檢附申請計畫書格式、經費項目申請表各1份，經費項目申請表請參照最新之「教育部補(捐)助及委辦計畫經費編列基準表」編列。
1. To promote the organization of national or international skills competitions by technical and vocational colleges and universities in the 115th academic year, the Ministry of Education requests that schools intending to apply prepare eight copies of the proposed competition plan (by trade/skill category) in accordance with the instructions provided, and submit the documents to the Ministry by Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

2. For applications related to continuing projects, applicant institutions are requested to specify the differences and innovations compared to the previous year’s plan. For new applications, applicant institutions are likewise requested to explain how their proposals differ from and improve upon similar competitions, and highlight their innovative features.
