一、為激發學生美甲彩繪學習動機及創意開發能量，並提升學生專業實作能力與競爭力，辦理此競賽活動。藉此競賽增進全國技專校院及高中職學生專業交流與成長，縮減學用落差，並促進產學合作關係，深化企業連結。

二、參加對象：全國技專校院、高中職，限在校生、不限科系、不限年級，皆可報名參加。

三、競賽項目：美甲手繪甲片競賽–主題「台灣地方美食」靜態作品組(高中組、大專組)、美甲藝術造型平面設計競賽–主題「台灣地方美食」靜態作品組(不分組)。

Purpose:

- Open to current students of technical/vocational colleges and high schools nationwide.
- No restriction on major or grade level.
