隨著全球經濟快速變遷、產業結構轉型及勞動型態多元化，企業面臨的安全衛生挑戰日益嚴峻。為因應此趨勢，並呼應聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）中有關安全、健康及永續勞動力的訴求，將於114年9月12日（星期五）舉辦研討會，以「企業安全文化與勞動力永續發展」為主題，旨在匯聚產、官、學、研各界專家學者，共同探討如何透過建立優質安全文化，促進勞動力永續發展，進而提升企業整體競爭力。

With the rapid transformation of the global economy, industrial restructuring, and the diversification of labor patterns, businesses are facing increasingly severe safety and health challenges. To address these trends and align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) regarding safety, health, and a sustainable workforce, a seminar themed "Corporate Safety Culture and Sustainable Workforce Development" will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025.
