主旨：國科會114年度專題研究計畫申覆，自即日起受理至114年8月13日前完成線上作業。
說明：
一、114年度專題研究計畫申請案，經審查未獲補助者，國科會已陸續發函通知；審查意見請逕登入國科會「學術研發服務網」，於「申請案(計畫主持人)」資料列中點選欲查閱之計畫名稱，進入「專題計畫資料」畫面，即可瀏覽「已開放」之審查意見資料。
二、114年度專題研究計畫得提出申覆之範圍，依國科會下列公告函申請且未獲補助原因為「未獲推薦」者：
(一)113年11月4日科會綜字第1130076964號函(專題研究計畫)。
(二)113年11月4日科會綜字第1130076962號函(特約研究計畫)。
(三)113年11月6日科會綜字第1130077615號函(2030跨世代學者方案-僅「優秀年輕學者」類別)。
(四)113年11月7日科會文字第1130078182號函(人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫)。
三、檢送「國家科學及技術委員會補助專題研究計畫評審申覆作業要點」及專題研究計畫申覆案WWW線上申請作業使用注意事項各1 份， 至申覆書表請至本會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw)進入「學術研發服務網」製作。

1. The National Science Council has sent out notification letters to applicants whose 2025 special research project applications have not been funded after review. To view the review opinions, please log in to the National Science Council's "Academic Research and Development Service Network", click on the project name you want to view in the "Application (Project Leader)" information column, enter the "Special Project Information" screen, and browse the "Open" review opinion information.
2. The scope of the 2025 special research projects that can be applied for is those that applied in accordance with the following announcement letter from the National Science Council and the reason for not receiving funding is "not recommended":
(1) Letter No. 1130076964 of the Science and Technology Council dated November 4, 2024 (Special Research Plan).
(2) Letter No. 1130076962 of the Science and Technology Council dated November 4, 2024 (Specially Contracted Research Project).
(3) Letter No. 1130077615 of the Science and Technology Council dated November 6, 2024 (2030 Intergenerational Scholars Program - "Outstanding Young Scholars" category only).
(IV) Letter No. 1130078182 of the Science and Technology Council dated November 7, 2024 (Project for Writing Academic Books in the Humanities and Social Sciences).
3. Submit one copy each of the "National Science and Technology Council's Special Research Project Review Application Guidelines" and the "Notes on the Use of Online Application for Special Research Projects"; to apply for the form, please go to the Council's website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw) and enter the "Academic Research and Development Service Network" to create it.
