主旨：國立陽明交通大學人體與行為研究倫理治理中心將於114年8月25日舉辦「114年研究參與者保護倫理講習會(VII)」，敬邀踴躍報名參加。
說明：
一、課程資訊，詳情請見附件。
(一)自即日起至114年8月6日(星期三)止，限120人額滿為止。報名網址：https://forms.gle

(二)報名費用：本校校內(含附設醫院)教職(醫護)員、學生免費，惟兼任教師比照校外人士收費每人新臺幣300元(不含匯款手續費)，請逕於期限內先完成繳費，再於報名網址完成報名。
(三)課程日期：114年8月25日(星期一)下午14:00-16:00。
(四)課程地點：線上Ciso Webex。
(五)課程主題：社會科學研究資料的保存與再利用：知情同意與其他研究倫理議題的考量。
(六)課程講師：中央研究院人文社會科學研究中心廖培珊研究員。
二、本次訓練證明將於課程結束2週內電子郵件寄送，參與人員須全程參與且完成簽到、簽退(滿意度問卷)及課後測驗，將核發2小時訓練證明，課後測驗及格者(測驗須達70分)另加發1小時訓練證明。

(2) Registration fee: It is free for faculty, medical staff and students on campus (including the attached hospital). However, part-time teachers will be charged NT$300 per person (excluding remittance fees) in accordance with the fees of off-campus personnel. Please pay the fee within the deadline and then complete the registration on the registration website.
(Wednesday) Course date: August 25, 2015 (Monday) 14:00-16:00.

(V) Course topic: Preservation and reuse of social science research data: consideration of informed consent and other research ethical issues.
(6) Course lecturer: Liao Peishan, Research Fellow, Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, Academia Sinica.
2. The training certificate will be sent via email within 2 weeks after the course ends. Participants must participate in the entire course and complete sign-in, sign-out (satisfaction questionnaire) and post-class test. A 2-hour training certificate will be issued. Those who pass the post-class test (the test must reach 70 points) will be issued an additional 1-hour training certificate.
3. For those who are unable to participate for some reason, the registration fee can only be transferred to another person once. The registration fee cannot be refunded to non-school participants.
