主旨:國科會與愛丁堡皇家學會共同徵求2025年度雙邊研討會,自即日起受理申請至114年7月14日(校內截止收件)。
說明:
一、旨揭計畫係在蘇格蘭舉辦之雙邊研討會(Scotland-Taiwan Research and Innovation Workshop Scheme),主題不限領域,補助經費項目及規定請參閱附件徵求須知。
二、本計畫之執行期程:
(一)自2025年10月1日起至20263月31日止為原則,每件補助經費暫以新臺幣40萬元為上限。
(二)本次舉辦地點在蘇格蘭,國科會將補助我方參與研討會之研究人員國外差旅費(得含臺灣-英國交通費、英國在地
生活費及簽證保險費)。
(三)徵求須知同步於本會網站/動態資訊/計畫徵求公告,雙方計畫主持人分別依國科會及RSE之規定辦理。
(四)本公告計畫經費係專款專用,未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: The National Science Council and the Royal Society of Edinburgh are jointly soliciting applications for the 2025 bilateral seminar. Applications are accepted from now until July 14, 2025 (the deadline for on-campus submissions).

1. The scheme is a bilateral seminar held in Scotland (Scotland-Taiwan Research and Innovation Workshop Scheme). The subject matter is not limited to any field. For the subsidy items and regulations, please refer to the attached solicitation instructions.
2. Implementation schedule of this plan:
(1) From October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, the maximum amount of subsidy per project is NT$400,000.
(2) This seminar will be held in Scotland. The National Science Council will subsidize the overseas travel expenses of our researchers participating in the seminar (including Taiwan-UK transportation expenses, local expenses in the UK
living expenses and visa insurance).
(3) The solicitation instructions are synchronized on the website/dynamic information/project solicitation announcement of this Council. The project hosts of both parties shall handle it in accordance with the regulations of the National Science Council and RSE respectively.
(IV) The funds for this announcement are earmarked for specific purposes only. No applications will be accepted for cases that do not receive funding.
