主旨：國科會與西班牙高等科學研究委員會（CSIC）共同徵求2027-2028年雙邊人員交流計畫，自即日起受理至2026年9月10受理申請(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依國科會與CSIC簽署之雙邊合作協定辦理。
二、計畫申請書須由臺灣與西班牙研究團隊共同研議完成，分別向國科會及CSIC提出申請(CSIC公告網址：https://www.csic.es/es/internacional/cooperacion-y-alianzasinternacionales/cooperacion-y-recursosinternacionales)。
三、臺方計畫申請案須經主持人任職機構於系統中彙整送出。
四、獲選計畫預訂自2027年1月1日開始執行，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。
五、檢送計畫徵件申請須知1份，相關資訊亦已公告於國科會。

Subject: NSTC and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) are jointly soliciting applications for bilateral personnel exchange programs for 2027-2028. Applications will be accepted from now until September 10, 2026 (internal deadline is September 10, 2026).

Notes:
1. Applications will be processed in accordance with the bilateral cooperation agreement signed between NSTC and CSIC.

2. Applications must be jointly developed by research teams from Taiwan and Spain and submitted separately to both NSTC and CSIC (CSIC announcement website: https://www.csic.es/es/internacional/cooperacion-y-alianzasinternacionales/cooperacion-y-recursosinternacionales).

3. Taiwanese applications must be compiled and submitted through the principal investigator's institution in the system.

4. Selected programs are scheduled to begin implementation on January 1, 2027. Applications not awarded funding will not be accepted. V. Please submit one copy of the Application Instructions for the Project. Related information has also been published on the NSTC website.
