主旨：國科會與捷克科學基金會(GACR)共同徵求2027年臺捷(NSTCGACR)雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫，自即日起受理申請至115年3月25日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依國科會與GACR簽署之科學與技術合作備忘錄共同徵求旨揭計畫。
二、計畫申請書須由雙方計畫主持人共同研議完成，並分別提送國科會及GACR。任一方未收到申請書，則合作案無法成立。
三、獲選計畫預訂自2027年1月1日開始執行，為期2年或3年，我方以雙邊協議擴充加值型(add-on)方式補助。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC and the Czech Science Foundation (GACR) are jointly soliciting international collaborative research projects under the 2027 Taiwan-Czech (NSTCGACR) bilateral agreement. Applications are open from now until March 25, 2027 (internal deadline is [date to be filled in]).

Notes:
1. This solicitation is based on the Memorandum of Understanding on Scientific and Technological Cooperation signed between NSTC and GACR.

2. Project applications must be jointly completed by the project leaders of both parties and submitted separately to NSTC and GACR. Failure to receive an application from either party will result in the project not being established.

3. Selected projects are scheduled to commence on January 1, 2027, for a period of 2 or 3 years. Funding will be provided through a bilateral agreement-based add-on mechanism. Applications not selected for funding will not be accepted.

4. Application guidelines for project submission (see attachment) are available, and related information has also been published on the NSTC website.
