主旨：國科會與西班牙高等科學研究委員會CSIC共同徵求2026-20人員交流計畫27年雙邊，自2025年6月2日至7月30日止受理申請(校內收件)。
說明：
一、依國科會與CSIC簽署之雙邊合作協定辦理。
二、我方計畫主持人須符合國科會「補助專題研究計畫作業要點」之計畫主持人資格；西方計畫主持人須符合CSIC補助的研究人員資格。
三、我方及西方計畫主持人，須分別向國科會及CSIC於各自公告之徵件截止期限內提出計畫申請書，始得成案。倘任一方未收到申請案，則無法受理。
四、檢送本案徵求之中文申請須如附件，相關資訊亦已公告於國科會網站https://www.nstc.gov.tw/folksonomy
/rfpList。

Subject: The National Science Council and the Spanish Higher Scientific Research Council CSIC jointly solicit applications for the 2026-20 personnel exchange program for 27 years. Applications will be accepted from June 2 to July 30, 2025 (on-campus acceptance).

1. It shall be handled in accordance with the bilateral cooperation agreement signed between the National Science Council and CSIC.
2. Our project leaders must meet the project leader qualifications of the National Science Council's "Guidelines for the Operation of Special Research Projects Subsidized by the National Science Council"; Western project leaders must meet the qualifications of researchers subsidized by the CSIC.
3. Our side and the Western project leaders must submit project applications to the National Science Council and CSIC respectively within the deadlines announced by their respective publications before the project can be finalized. If either party does not receive the application, it will not be accepted.
