一、旨揭論壇原訂於115年7月13日(星期一)舉辦，前因巴威颱風影響，故延期至115年8月27日(星期四)辦理，請前次已報名參與者重新報名，先予說明。

二、為因應人工智慧與無人機技術快速發展，並配合臺北市無人機教育人才培育政策，該局特辦理旨揭論壇，邀集產官學研專家學者分享AI無人機人才培育、無人載具應用、無人機低空經濟等多元主題，並結合學校無人機教學成果展示與體驗活動，鼓勵親師生及民眾瞭解無人機人才培育方向、無人機最新發展實務及應用。

三、旨揭論壇資訊如下：
(一)時間：115年8月27日(星期四)上午8時30分至下午4時。
(二)地點：臺北市木柵高級工業職業學校活動中心。
(三)參與對象：全國高級中等以下學校師生、大專院校相關系所師生、無人機及人工智慧相關產業代表，以及對AI無人機應用有興趣人士。
(四)活動內容：
１、專題演講：邀請政府單位、研究機構、學術界及產業界等專家代表，聚焦AI無人機產業發展及應用、AI驅動無人載具藍圖及AI無人機人才培育等主題。
２、主題論壇：聚焦「AI賦能無人機—低空經濟新未來」核心議題，邀集產官學研代表跨領域對談。
３、教學與成果展示：展示臺北市114年度無人機領航計畫學校推動無人機教育及AI無人機應用教學成果。
４、無人機攤位與體驗活動：匯集產業界、大專院校、協會擺攤，展示無人機最新趨勢及應用實務，並安排無人機體驗活動。
５、無人機足球射門挑戰賽：設置20公分級無人機足球場，開放學生現場報名，體驗無人機新興運動。

I. The "Zhi Jie Forum," originally scheduled for July 13th, 2026 (Monday), has been postponed to August 27th, 2026 (Thursday) due to the impact of Typhoon Bavi. Previously registered participants are requested to re-register.

II. In response to the rapid development of artificial intelligence and drone technology, and in line with Taipei City's drone education and talent cultivation policy, the Bureau is organizing the "Zhi Jie Forum." The forum will bring together experts and scholars from industry, government, academia, and research to share insights on diverse topics such as AI drone talent cultivation, unmanned vehicle applications, and the low-altitude economy of drones. It will also include demonstrations and hands-on activities showcasing school drone teaching achievements, encouraging teachers, students, and the public to understand the direction of drone talent cultivation and the latest practical developments and applications of drones.

III. The "Zhi Jie Forum" information is as follows:

(I) Time: August 27th, 2026 (Thursday), 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

(II) Location: Activity Center, Taipei Muzha Senior Industrial Vocational School. (III) Participants: Teachers and students from senior high schools and below nationwide, faculty and students from relevant departments of colleges and universities, representatives from drone and artificial intelligence-related industries, and individuals interested in AI drone applications.

(IV) Activity Content:

1. Keynote Speeches: Inviting experts and representatives from government agencies, research institutions, academia, and industry to focus on topics such as the development and application of the AI ​​drone industry, the blueprint for AI-driven unmanned vehicles, and the cultivation of AI drone talent.

2. Thematic Forum: Focusing on the core issue of "AI Empowering Drones—A New Future for the Low-Altitude Economy," inviting representatives from industry, government, academia, and research to engage in cross-disciplinary discussions.

3. Teaching and Achievement Exhibition: Showcasing the achievements of Taipei City's 2025 Drone Leadership Project in promoting drone education and AI drone application teaching.

4. Drone Booths and Experience Activities: Gathering industry representatives, colleges, and associations to set up booths, showcasing the latest drone trends and practical applications, and arranging drone experience activities.

5. Drone Soccer Shooting Challenge: Setting up a 20cm-wide drone soccer field, open to students to register on-site and experience this emerging drone sport. (V) Registration Method: Registration is open from now until August 24, 2026 (Monday). There is no registration fee.
