一、旨揭申請案採線上申辦方式，申請人應至國科會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw/)傑出研究獎線上作業系統，依本會傑出研究獎遴選作業要點及申請表單進行申請。
二、各領域申請表件同步登載於國科會網站/學術研究/補助獎勵辦法及表格/獎勵科技人才/傑出研究獎專區，請自行下載參用。

Instructions:
1. Applications are accepted online. Applicants should apply through the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw/) Outstanding Research Award Online Application System, following the NSTC Outstanding Research Award Selection Guidelines and application forms.

2. Application forms for each field are also available on the NSTC website under the sections for Academic Research, Subsidies and Awards, and Awards for Scientific and Technological Talents/Outstanding Research Award. Please download and use them.
