主旨：臺北市立大學研究發展處謹訂於115年5月28日（星期四）以線上會議方式舉辦「115年度人體研究倫理教育訓練課程Ⅰ」。

說明：
一、本次活動資訊如下:
(一)時間：115年5月28日（星期四）下午2：00至5：00。
(二)地點：線上課程（Google Meet）。
(三)報名期限：自115年5月18日（一）上午10時至115年5月22日（五）下午15時截止或額滿為止。
(四)報名費為新臺幣500元，報名網址及繳費方式請詳附件，相關單據請妥善保存，以便日後查證，一經報名並繳費
後恕不退費。
二、全程參與並完成簽到退者，核發3小時電子研習證明。

Instructions:
I. Event Information:
(a) Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, May 28, 2026 (Thursday).

(b) Location: Online course (Google Meet).

(c) Registration Period: From 10:00 AM, May 18, 2026 (Monday) to 3:00 PM, May 22, 2026 (Friday), or until all places are filled.

(d) Registration Fee: NT$500. Please see the attachment for registration website and payment methods. Please keep all receipts safe for future verification. Fees are non-refundable once registered and paid.

II. Participants who attend the entire course and complete the attendance check-in will receive a 3-hour electronic certificate of participation.
